Exchange & Return Policy:
- We accept exchanges and returns only after the customer informs us of any issue within four days of delivery.
- If you have a size issue or receive the wrong product, you can raise the exchange request within four days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
- We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we can arrange to have the reverse pickup.
- If the new exchange product's value is higher, there will be extra charges (the difference in the product's amount). You have to pay online.
- The products must have their original sticker labels attached, be folded appropriately, and be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the exchange not being processed.
- We refund only in genuine cases of defective product delivery and on no other grounds. In the event of faulty product delivery, you must email our customer support executives at info@briohive.com with the order details, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.
- In some exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (there is no delivery issue, and the correct order is delivered), Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund. The amount deducted is for the reverse pickup service because the logistics cost has significantly increased recently.
- The refund will given to the same bank account from which the payment was deducted or to your provided bank account.
- Also, note that the T-shirt's colour and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages and ads.
- Returns and refunds are not possible if the delivered product has a slight variation in colour or design.
- Also, if, after our verification, we conclude that the defect has occurred due to any of your actions or omissions, we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- To avoid such issues. Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.
- Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
- Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- Any product bought during the sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued; only free exchanges for size issues will be processed.
